How to enable Cortana in windows 10 PC?

It just takes one minute to enable Cortana on your windows 10 PC. After activating this personal assistant by Microsoft, you will be able to ask a query and Cortana will revert back.

All this interaction with Cortana is voice command based. Cortana is Microsoft personal assistant like Siri is for Apple and Ok Google is for Google.
