I take a look at four new gear puzzles from QiYi, with some substantial improvements from the originals!

4:06 It can happen on a normal gear cube. It’s just that your Meffert’s one doesn’t have stickers on the regular edges (the ones around the center) and only has the gears stickered. I have a Meffert’s Gear Ball and it does that, plus you also have to spin the gear edges around.

Point of clarification: QIYI just produced the puzzles. QIYI did not "modify" or "change" any of Meffert's original design (which was created by Oskar Van Deventer). These puzzles were designed by Raphael Puzzles (cube, sphere, barrel) and Timur Evbatyrov (the "pyraminx" - which is actually a Halpern-Meier tetrahedron). Credit where credit is due. :)

I got into cubing 4 months ago, i currently own 3x3, pyraminx and megaminx. I want to expand my collection, for that I want some bigger cube, 4x4 or 5x5. I want to know that which of the two is easy to solve(less complex). And also which are the budget speed cubes for both under 10$. Your advice will matter THANK YOU.
