3x full body, 3 exercise/muscle group, 3x10, i choose weights where i struggle on the last set, (if i can easily do 3x10 then i increase the weights) last set to failure and drop set where i can. Diet on point and aim to sleep 8 hours every night. 5"7 started last year at 60kg, now im at 72. All natural. Started testosterone this year, cant wait to see how much ill gain. Probably around the same as last year because of newbie gains

Creatine will not make you keep size!! Training muscle in its POWER ZONE will make you stronger on full range movements- The easiest way to tell if you have recovered is if your weak same thing with rest between sets ONE MUST REGAIN FULL STRENGTH before doing the next set or workout- Full body constant tension will build strength and from my clients it will also build muscle THAT YOU KEEP!!! NOBODY WANTS TO JUST LOOK STRONG THATS STUPID!!!

3:37 so actually the human body is not made to consume any milk related products (only mother's milk as a baby), limited amount of omega 6 fatties or any baked flour like bread cake or cookies
If you find a way to get a lot of protein, fat and carbs without consuming any of the above your gains and health will skyrocket thank me in two years <3

Tren will give you 2x the amount of muscle give you 0 sleep you will always be hot never cold and you will be on point sharp as a tack some call it paranoid 😅😂
