HERBED ORANGE CHICKEN #christmasrecipes2024

Ingredients used
- 3 large chicken thighs

For the Herbed butter
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup total chopped herbs. I used a combination fresh tyhme, sage, Thai basil and parsley
- Zest of 1 orange
- Chicken seasoning to taste
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper (optional)

- Black pepper and salt to taste
- 4 large garlic cloves
- 2 oranges sliced for the base
