Girl, same!! I pick one color and have that be my sims defining color. Their outfits aren't monochromatic or anything, but it helps me narrow down my options, and then it carries over into how I decorate their rooms/houses.

I think what we really need for hair is for all of them to have two swatch lines "roots" and "ends" with each hairstyle defining those however works for it so we can make our own dyed or natural gradient styles.

Giving sims a colour palatte is the only way to get Sims to have a cohesive wardrobe tbh. The selection of clothing we have in the Sims is so mismatched that it's impossible otherwise

Fun cold weather advice from Canada: you don't want to wear denim in the cold! It doesn't have proper insulation, and they'll sap your body heat and just make you even colder.
((Unless you get specialized insulated jeans with a wool lining))
