She's the whole package, isn't she? Her professionalism shines through in this recording. It's not necessarily the singing. It's not just the dancing/choreography. It's not even her confident stage presence, and the completeness of her performances. It's her personality, respect to detail and a certain "unknown" (IT factor) that truly makes her a star. I know this is a rehearsal so she’s really trying not to strain her voice, but it’s really impressive how much her voice has matured over the years and how much she’s worked on it. It’s so beautiful to see that even at the huge levels of success she had at this time, she never settled and continues to keep polishing her abilities in a very humble, beautiful way.
