Maybe I misunderstood but what do you mean by "spot all the issues?" They tell you the issues and we just need to remember all the rules and apply them to the facts? Though if you're in California that might be different

Loved "make it up"! Some points are better than no points!

MBE is 200 pts, do released questions in everything, but concentrate on weak areas. Forget the law school courses too, if they were bad, it doesn't matter. That is difficult if it was a bad experience in that subject area. MEE/MPT graded on a 6 pt scale but the MBE determines the mean. I guess only do a few MPT also, though it is 20% of grade, but just follow all instructions. Hope Mikayla you might agree with any of these.

I love that. I take the bar tomorrow. My take away from you: “make it up” … lol sounds silly but that’s real … law is made up anyway! Lol ..you prob will be closer than you think if you free style something - we have been hearing this law for 3 plus years daily! Thanks for vids girlfriend !

I tell my kids if they don’t know how to respond to a prompt or what to write, to LIE. 😂 who knew I was preparing them for the Bar!
