4 years to pay off that truck is pretty impressive. Now it gets the chance to pay you back!

I would love to hear a cold start of a 4-year-old 225k Hemi.

Going to a reputable tint shop and getting some high quality ceramic tint on the front windshield will do wonders for keeping the cab cooler and block the UV on the dash. You don't have to go dark either, it will probably only be noticeable by you. I ran it in my 2018 rebel for 5.5 years and 200, 000 miles and never once got a second look from law enforcement. I just got a 2021 rebel last week and its amazed how much of a difference it made and its winter time.

"Back in the day", when my buddies and I would get our vehicles filthy because of the work we did, we would use Scrubbing Bubbles bathroom cleaner on our cars interiors. That stuff worked great for lifting the dirt out of the textures/cracks, etc. of the various materials in the inside of a car.

I have the 5.7 Hemi in my 2017 Charger R/T. Not only is it super fun to drive, but the thing is an absolute beast. 112k miles so far on it and it runs like a dream! Zero problems with the engine. Just keep up with oil changes and they'll last forever.

Hey Justin, in case nobody suggested, I did try and read through but may have missed it, on your steering wheel question. Grab any “interior cleaner” from your fav store, spray that area and let it sit for a few minutes, then take a microfiber towel and wipe GENTLY in one specific spot. If it’s dirt, you should see a change very quickly. If it’s leather, it shouldn’t change. Also, on that dash piece, I’d just pull it and have an interior shop re-cover it. It shouldn’t be too expensive and will keep it from further damage, and yes, spend fifteen bucks on a sun shade for that dash! Thanks for the great series. Your videos helped me decide to buy a used 2020 Laramie back in 22. It’s two years later and I still think I made the best choice for what was available at the time. Cheers!

Great job!! As a guy that owns a 2020 chrysler pacifica, changing the cab filter can literally cool the cab down twice as much. Its unreal the difference. But I know the 5th gen rams dont cool anything extra from factory too.

I deleted the muffler and resonators on mine and it's sounds great. Comfortable sound on the highway too I drive 17 hours back home all the time and we are comfortable the whole time

Great video! Congratulations on your truck! I agree with you, the A/C sucks on my 2020!! and I'm at 39, 500 miles, zero issues so far, but now hearing exhaust leak at start up on pass side. Here we go with the cracked manifold or broken bolt game.

Mr. Wheeler, good to see as always. Truck still looks good. Paint chips on the front bumper are a pain, that’s why I have chrome. I would love to have the Ramboxes, problem there is that Ram doesn’t make them for a 6’-4” bed. If they did, I’d be the first to get it. But I’m glad she’s been good to you. Looking forward to getting just as much outta my truck. If you ever find yourself in the Pittsburgh area again, look me up, I’ll detail the truck for you. Take care my friend and if there aren’t any videos in the next couple weeks, have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Hey Justin, I have a Laramie with sport hood. The vents on these are not functional dummy vents. But they look great. As always, great info and look forward to seein the next one.

My 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie 5.7 / 4WD with 59k miles just received a whole brand new long block courtesy of RAM / Stellantis due to the magic milkshake... Oil mixing with coolant.

No overheating, no issues. Just pulled out of my garage and noticed a odd looking puddle near the front passenger wheel. Noticed it looked like a chocolate milkshake. First I checked the coolant reservoir... absolutely full with milkshake. (Keep in mind coolant should be orange-ish.). Checked my oil which was just changed about 2500 miles prior, and it was over a qt low.

Had it towed to my local dealer, the radiator was full of the milkshake mixture, and they pulled history on the ECM and no overheating or other history of codes. They said they suspected head gaskets but checked with RAM and they said it's not worth the risk of it coming back if the head gasket isn't the root cause, so they ordered a full long block, new hoses, and new radiator and will attempt to flush the heater core.

I was fortunate with a good job, lots of overtime and payed cash for a new 2012 shortbed, single cab 4x4 Express and now it only has 84, 000 miles on it. Being retired for a couple of years i only put about a thousand miles a year it right now. If i don't get in a wreck, ill die with it. And barely have over a 100 thousand miles on it. 😊 All it needed was a custom intake with the biggest K +N air filter and that 1 foot long Flowmaster muffler. ( the name is on the tip of my tongue .. Outlaw ) LOVE THE HEMI... I also always run it in tow/ haul mode to keep it in V8 mode .
