My ideas for Clancy nerfs

Reduce his movement speed to 864 at stage 3 (which is more then Max) to 820 (being the same as Max)

Reduce his super charge rate from super in 12% and the super damage boost at level 3 from 50% to 30%

I feel like Clancy is gonna get nerfed next update. It's pretty obvious why, he has fast movement speed on level 3 (not to mention how easy it is to get to level 3), an insanely strong super with crowd control, long range and insane dps, and fast super recharge.

I think one good Clancy nerf is to nerf the amount of projectile from super or nerf the projectile damage during suler
