About me.

Hi, everyone! My name is Cíntia Gough, and I’m so excited to welcome you to my channel. I’m originally from Porto Alegre, Brazil, but I’ve spent many years living and teaching in England. My journey with teaching languages began when I moved to England in 2000, hoping to improve my English. What started as a three-month trip was an incredible 14-and-a-half year when I met my husband and had two amazing children.
Over the years, I’ve learned and taught a few languages, which are Portuguese, English, Italian, Spanish, and Latin. I’ve had the opportunity to teach students of all ages, from beginners to advanced learners, and even helped prepare students for exams like Cambridge English and Portuguese GCSE and A Level. My passion for teaching and languages has shaped my career and life, and I’m thrilled to share that with you.
I hold degrees in Physical Education and Pedagogy, and I’ve worked in various educational settings, from schools in London and Telford to teaching English as a second language. I’ve also had the honour of being an examiner for English proficiency exams. All of these experiences have given me a deep understanding
