Good video. I hsve fibromyalgia myself. I suffer with profound fatigue everyday. I find the medical system in the UK not very good at treatment or understanding long term conditions, such as fibromyalgia or ME/CFS. As you know, you get other people that say they get tiredness or aches and pains, but general every day tiredness and aches aren't the same as someone who suffers with fibromyalgia or me/cfs. Keep up the good work 👏

After 15-20 years of CFS, I tried numerous treatments. I find your videos helpful when coping with my day to day life. The truth is that I have underlying chronic illnesses that are being treated but leave me exhausted daily. What I have left is coping to the best of my ability and living my best life.

Tanks Miguel for talking about this part of the illness! It can be really frustrating trying to explain to people. Better as you say accepting that very few people understands and stop explaining to the others !

I've been working on calming my nervous system and have been seeing some results. However, when I'm just beginning to feel in a non state of NS arousal (tension/anxiety), my brains kicks in and sabotages any progress. It's mostly thoughts and fears that suddenly appear. I can be chilled and relaxed and a sudden thought will pop into my mind which will lead to another thought and then another and pretty soon it's a runaway train. They tend to be catastrophising thoughts (the moment I let go and relax these thoughts seem to pop out of nowhere to remind me to stay hypervigilant). It's not even thoughts about symptoms but other things. For example: at the moment the apartment next to me is vacant. Out of the blue (usually just before bedtime which leads to a poor night's sleep) I start to worry that the new occupant will be noisy and troublesome and cause a lot of stress and issues. Pretty soon I'm having to pack my bags, move, am homeless with nowhere to go and dying on the street. LOL! I say LOL but this is exactly where these types of thoughts tend to lead and they are extremely anxiety producing. Anyway, I have trouble interrupting them and am wondering whether you could do a video on this subject or, if you've already made one, if you could please share the link. Thank you for your work. These videos are very helpful.

Miguel, can you give me some advice on how to occupy my days when I don’t have a lot of energy because I could only lay down & rest on the couch so much-it’s driving me crazy 🤪. Today I went for a 10 minute easy bicycle ride alone and a little later I took a very short walk. I am going to rest now but what can I occupy myself with the rest of the day? I watch a lot of your videos but cannot do this all day!

IME looking for understanding from others is a dead end. Instead, I felt a lot better when I started trying to become for others what I wish others were for me.

How to you feel about CFS you believe to be cause by Craniocervical Instability? It's a rare subset but for those of us with it it's HARD to get doctors to take us seriously.

Miguel—

Side bar question. Hope that’s okay.

When do you recommend picking up visualizations during or after a flare. Going through detox as a result of brain work. Trying to gauge when to pick it back up. But when I do I seem to just dump more nasties out of the brain. 🌿

The things you talked feels like i have the same disease but just to confirm let's say you are sitting on chair. Do you feel something in your brain when people hit the chair . Or you feel something in the brain when you shake hands with someone and they shake you hands too much or traveling in car and feeling the same thing in your brain when road is bad while other people are fine. After that it feels like brain has been slowed down. Please reply. I just really want to confirm .

So, if the biologist i listen to this morning has a point, all the molecular and cellular changes due to a virus or vac. Is true ... all the healers have to have damn good evidence on how and why this revovers any of these changes.
How due i know what went wrong with someones body? What do i need to check? Do we really find a difference? What would undo these changes.

All the people i listened to, just wanted to sell their way. Never telling anything outside of the paywall.
And no all the rehab and the doctor's didnt work.its just more of the same

Im sorry, i need to know what went wrong in the body, and what to do for it. No esoteric stuff will heal mitochondria, or any muscle cell or liver cell.
