I was at the mall changing battery i tested every function since its been years since i worn this watch they all worked but i had to leave for half an hour kept the watch there when i came back to pick it up i tested all off them worked but the Chronometer which is a bumer cause i use it a lot I suspect that watch maintenance man stole the sensor on the chrono side Is that possible also the it used to light up in green in the dark now its barely diming and the screen where the time display doesn't light up how can that be fixed?

In compass mode, your hands are not aligned straight! There is also compass calibration and magnetic declination which I am trying to adjust in my T-Touch II.

The altimeter is set in meters, is it possible to change it to feet?

That's called a driver's extension, you use it for neoprene suits not for big wrists.

You said you are going to show how to reset the barometer so that the altimeter show the corect value, but you never did explain that!

I own this very same model but in stainless steel, I bought it in 2001, at that time was a innovation.

One annoying thing is that there's no backlight and the lume is not good enough, also to adjust the alarm is not the fastest way. The watch wears quite well on the wrist and the alarm is very loud. 7 years ago I have decided to acquire a newer version, the T touch solar expert.
