I find all of these videos really interesting and they've helped me to understand the factors that drove me to quit my job and go freelance. However, I'm now at the stage where I have 20 years' experience in a technical field and I don't want to turn my back on it. I feel like there are definitely opportunities to use my skills, knowledge and networks but in a more creative value based direction. I can't find any information on how to successfully make these more subtle career shifts..
