with all details u missed abt adp ribosylation of alpha subunit of gtp binding protein...which leads to permanent activation camp...b subunit does
many other bacterias act via adp ribosylation..such as ecoli, peudomonas, diptheriae, pertusis, botulinum, anthrascis, shigella

good video, thank you very much. I would like to hear more about the way the cholera toxin works on the zona occludins to loosen the connection between the epithelial cells allowing more ions and h2o out.

Hello, I'm a med student, learning about this mechanism in cellular biology. It is demonstrated in the textbook that the receptor GM1 and both subunits enter the cell. So there is internalisation and recycling of the receptor... is this possible?
