Sir agr 2 saal ka contract qiwa py bh complete ho gya hai, to company k pas agr 2, 3 salaries baqi hain, aur worker ghar jana chahy, to company ko kitny din k andar employee ko payment clear kr k ghar bhejna ho ga, koi labor law???

Bhai 30 days before I should terminate.. contract terminate karna hi.. but option ni bathara??

Ranjan sir my contract there is no mentioned compensation. But agar mene company ka koi loss nhi kiya hai jese iqama charge work permit ka koi money waste nhi kiya tab bhi mujhe compensate karna hoga. Even i didn't waste any money on the company. I finished my iqama, and work permit is the proper way. After that artical 77 will apply on me.

Bhai mujhe 7 saal ho raha he mosasa me sirf 2 chutti gaya ho abhi 1 saal ho raha he chutti se aake abhi me final exit jana chata hoo Qiwa me contract nahi showe kar raha he Aur me ne exit k liye bola tu kafil mare se 15000 sr mang raha he bolra he ki tera contract baki he mera iqama nov 29 ko expire he mujhe exit jana he .plz replay
