And...the shooting could have occurred at 9:00 pm or 1:00 am instead of at 4:00 am. Why should the time of day/night make a difference?

That being said, the bar owner should have known better. Make that he "should have known better" at least 42 times prior to this latest deadly clown show! 🙄😂😂
