How to Play With TRUE STRETCHED VALORANT After Patch 9.09 (100% Work)

Make sure:
1. Scaling on nvidia control panels set to fullscreen instead of aspect ratio otherwise you still have black bars.
2. Change GameUserSettings to read only after change the config value, you can right-click on the file, access its properties, and then check the read-only box.
3. Your monitor in device manager set to enable and dont disabled it, it cause the black bars.
4. Your windows taskbar is on (not hidden or off), it cause the black bars too.
5. Use notepad++ because in some case normal notepad doesn't work

After u modified the gane user settings u have to do right click on it select Characteristics and apply read only next to hide otherwise valorant will change ur file Back to original

u're the goat bro and it did not work for me the first time but after noticing that I had 2 times the same token of connection in my folder, I applied the changes to both of them making sure they're on read-only and I also did it for the gamesettings file that was in the windows folder

JUST MAKE SURE YOU SET UR NOTEPAD FILES CORRECTLY IF IT KEEPS GOING BACK TO 1080P YOU HAVE TO REDO ALL THE NOTEPAD STEPS THEN CLICK APPLY ONLY

in the menu, it shows up as 1280 x 1024 but when im in an actual game it changes it to 1600 x 900. can i get some help?
