THE HAMMER | Cast Aluminum and Lead from 3D Printed Patterns

Показать описание
I made a cast aluminum and lead hammer using multiple 3D printed molds and patterns. A lead hammer is useful for 'persuading' things where you do not want to leave a mark. You simply recast the head when it needs it.

I think the noir theme came from the narrator's voice in my head every time I said the word 'hammer'... something different!

A huge thank you for the shout-out on the Making It Podcast!
If you have not tuned in yet, check it out!!!

(For those who are curious, Oltrogge is pronounced like you would say Ultra-Geek but leave off the 'k'-- :)

Ive watched alot of home casting videos. But none can compare to you. Your craftmanship, your skill, the attention to details, the meticulous work, the perfect use of petrobond, simply outmatches and beat the other fellas out there.

I know you are probably focusing on your career or what not, but i, no, we are hoping that you would come back one day and show us more amazing things.

Heres to you, the master crafter, Brian!

Voice over concise and informative.
And best of all no unnecessary bloody music.

You have a voice for a unsolved killer documentary. A tv station should hire you for 2020, 60 min, 48 hrs or something.
