Giveaway line means you need to stop as the view is restricted. You need to stop and observe for incoming traffic before moving. If you don’t stop and think it’s clear then oncoming vehicle could collide. The driver didn’t stop so the EXAMINER had to stop at the giveaway line.

I was there with my instructor too and didn’t stop. Also theyr is a roundabout nearby with give way sign just before 3rd exit which is tricky too
