Let's see... 055 isn't round. So we can rule out a beach ball. See? We're already making progress! Now, uh, it also exists! So, um, that narrows it down a whole bunch too. And... it can be contained, so it's definitely smaller than its containment chamber. Wow, that eliminates plenty of things. Ooh! And it's tangible and solid! Otherwise, you couldn't tell if it's round or not. So it's not a ghost, liquid, or gas. So far we have a not-round solid tangible existing anomaly. I'm pretty confident that we'll be able to figure it out in less than a week. Hooray for me!
