City health through the lens of foodscapes in Bogotá

This video is showcasing the Healthy Foodscape research and action undertaken in Bogotá, Colombia. The health department in Bogota has collaborated with Gehl, an urban design practice, and the local Cities Changing Diabetes team to identify the relationship between food behaviours and the urban environment.
The pilot phase of the Thriving Foodscapes study has been concluded, and early observations suggest the local population has improved their knowledge about healthy food and physical activity.
