To be honest, there's nothing great about being a main chick or a side chick. The prize is being the "only chick." With that said, I really dislike the glorification of the main chick role. IMO when someone invites someone into your already established relationship (cheating) it would hurt more to be the main chick than the side chick. There's nothing like investing time into someone and throughout the day they're stopping at every-other side chicks house to only to get to the main house (yours) at the end of the night and they're bring all that nastiness to you. That's the utmost disrespect. There's no winning for either role, but main chicks tend to put too much glory into being main when you can't be winning if your sharing. Side chicks tend to come in knowing they're sharing depending on the situation. In the end, you have to strive to be the only chick.

I do not understand why women entertain a cheating guy anyway. Its like women look past the cheating man and go for the throat of the side chick...well what if she doesnt know shes a side chick? And why fight to keep a guy who cheats on you? You never see men fighting each other to keep a girl that slept with both of them.

I agree with Tamera! As soon as I start feeling like any kind of “side chick” I’m out! I’m out so fast he won’t even know why. The feeling is already there and i know it will haunt me so I just leave. I like to feel special and important because that’s how I feel about someone when I give myself to them and you can’t tell someone to treat you, it has to come natural and from the heart.
