Coincidentally, today is my 3rd year anniversary working in the same organization, as Assistant Manager HR. In last 3 years, I have finalized literally more than 250-300 appraisals while I have been given only 2 appraisals, the first being of 10% and the second of 25-30% (I started as a Senior Executive and this one promoted me to AM-HR).
I have hired candidates who started working in the same month as I did and their attrition rate is extremely low despite all circumstances.
My entire team has ensured we work round-the-clock for every single employee and manage every issue for them, no matter how small or insignificant it is.
I am literally handling a Jurassic Park and not an office and despite having personal differences, ensured that no one has lost their job in the last 5 months of COVID-19 crisis.
Honestly, it's extremely easy to pinpoint HR but trust me once you step in their shoes, you realise dealing with all the HoD's, Management and every single employee is the toughest job you can imagine of.

Although the characters and the situations fictitious .. But the video indirectly tries to convey the message that the HR dept. is not really a useful department or does not add much value to the organization. Thanks to more and more videos like these HR people are always been pinpointed.
However I would like to say an HR department in any organization is really vast. It manages the entire employee life cycle. Right from recruitment till the farewell. Not many people know this but an HR person has to make upto 40-200 calls a day just to make that 1 hiring decision at times. They face a lot of pressure during high attrition rates. The HR is the one who makes sure that the new joinee does not feel lonely during their first day of work. During the salary finalization the HR-payroll tries to make sure that they can increase the employees net salary by reducing their tax liability. The Payroll week comes with a lot of pressure and tight deadlines with high accuracy. Especially where organizatons have 1 HR. Employees wait for their month end salary however HR is never able to enjoy the salary transfer. The same is the case of festivals. As the HRs are the ones who organize. Also the HR head always needs to be aware with statutory compliance such as PF PT ESIC which is not an easy task. As it involves labour laws. Especially where there are factories involved. The HR also handles extremely sensitive issues such as sexual harassment at workplace / company confidentiality etc. which is mentally stressful for them. They make sure that there are enough employee engagement activities even though the company faces budget issues.
They make sure there is a proper work culture along with dignity of labour and each employee is treated fairly. Would love to see more fictional videos where the human resource industry is treated with respect and dignity or the word 'useless' is not used.

It's not true hr play main vital role for any organisation....they recruit the people and place them in a proper designation according to their capacity and their capabilities... But this video is really awesome I like this video

Thanks thanks for the idea sir. My Internet was not working well and now I know that 99 percent problem is solved when we restart the computer . The rest 1 percent does not matter . Woh toh IT wallo kebhi aukat se bahar hai.

Iam really shocked to see that these guys are calling IT Dept. useless...
i have my personal experience as an IT Manager, whole organization gets panic when there are technical issues and its only the IT Dept. working with dedication when everyone gets free time to gossip.
according to me, The IT Dept is the most crucial Dept in any company or organization...
