Some people say Lumia 920 is thick and heavy, but those are only one aspects, just like iPhone 5´s map fiasco and its tiny screen. Besides, Lumia 920´s weight is only about Galaxy Note II. What is so heavy about it?

@Afrojocable I own a lumia 900, and i did just that! The 920 feels so premium in your hand! It is not a heavy device, but a solid one! I don't care at all about the weight! Makes it feel even better!!

i think because of the comments on this video, this place on the Internet, is the perfect commercial for Lumia 920! this is the Nokia we all know and have missed - it doesn't break if you lay it on the table to hard, like other phones. and it supports ALL LTE/4g networks, including the 2.6 GHz band, as opposed to samsung and apple phones.

Lets put this into perspective iSheeps.

In terms of weight:
iPhone 4 is 5 ounces.
Lumia 920 6.5 ounces.

Then I looked at the best/popular iPhone 4 cases. One example was the "Cygnett Apollo" according to digitaltrends. THEN looked at how much the Cygnett case weighed via Amazon - it is a solid 3 ounces. iPhone 4 + Cygnett case = 8 oz. 8oz > 6.5 oz Lumia 920.

Verdit? The Lumia 920 doesn't need any cases due to its durable build unlike the iPhone 4-5 and not to mentionMOST iphone usersuse cases

You're right. iPhone 5 seem to be very tough, tough.... although does gets dents and scratch on its metal frame, as most metals. And screen can break if falls facing down. Downside is that you can't replace the back.
While Lumia's screen is amazingly tough, I've seen some crazy damage tests.. and the poly-carbonate back is very hard to scratch, even with a sharp knife. Of course nothing is indestructible, but you can buy a replacement back which I bet it'll be cheap, in any color you want!

In regards of what you've said about Lumia 920 being heavy in comparison to other phones, like the iphone 5... which I agree, and honestly I can't get my head around people trying to try to make a weight issue about things that weight less than 200g.

Guys. Go to the At&t store and feel how solid this phone is. Feel how smooth and attractive the OS is. I'm a HUGE Android fan but now really considering WP8. Its very elegant, very tempting. Go Finland

I personally love heavy phones .. am a clumsy girl and carrying a light touchscreen phone freaks me out so much bcuz of the fear that am gonna drop it without being aware.. which is y I was so scared buying any touchscreen phone but am surely getting this phone! amazing features, wonderful design and innovative technology...

It changed, when the phones mutated to computer. You may be confused, because Nokia made phones. But these devices only have the antenna in common. Touchscreens, highspeedprocessors that save power, a real Os, fast browsing, consolelike gaming etc. That all came with blackberry and apple. And Nokia didn´t hear the starting shot. They made they´r first smartphones years after the others.
When it comes to SIM or antennas, thay have experience. The rest comes from laptops.

I hope people are willing to forgive its chunky dimensions, because it's probably a result of its experimental new features, like the PureView camera and the wireless charging. The 808 PureView was also quite a pig, and Nokia was probably hoping to draw people in with revolutionary features than a thin design, since all the other phones out there bank on being thin.

No other smartphone on the market has an 8.7 megapixel camera therefore this phone has the best camera.

Tried this out at the ATT store today and I don't know why so many are saying it's heavy. It's not that heavy at all.

I personally don't mind the weight. It reminds you that you have a phone in your pocket, and not on the fridge or something...
