Hi Ruth,

I really like your videos, one question
what if i want to discount back future cash flow periods, and those periods are the linear projection for the next 10 years of data (for example 2021 to 2030).
how can I do that?

Can you run a what if scenario for the XIRR? For example. Let's say your investment cost is -1000 and CF Years 2-5 is 250 per year. If you receive a subsidy of 300 in the first year, decreasing your investment cost to -700, what is the XIRR? I know you can do it by creating a calculated column with the subsidy in year 1, but can you do it more dynamically (e.g. allowing users choose what subsidy amount?)
