i know this was a year ago haha but a good thing to clean with is 50% vinegar to 50% water solution it gets rid of any bacteria and everything trust me it’s amazingggg

your tortoise being able to see through that glass is going to stress him out because he will try to get out. They don't know what glass is. You should cover up the lower half that he can see through to avoid any stress he may encounter.

MY TORTOISE IS IN A TORTOISE TABLE, PLENTY OF AIR CIRCULATING, SHE HAS A CHOICE TO GO IN SUBSITUTE OR BLANKETS AND GREEN REPTILE CARPET.
