Corrupted is most definitely guilty, since he isn’t Passive and has no other reason to do that stuff other than holding Nightmare’s memories (the bad ones in particular, from what I remember.) and being (probably. don’t take my word for this one) unable to feel any kind of sympathy. If it was the actual Nightmare then it would have been a whole other story lmao.

We have to remember this isn't nightmare but a corrupted parasite formed by his revengeful spirit, containing only strong memories from passive nightmare. For example: strong memories = Dream and the villagers, which is the reason if he sees bullies he would most likely kill them. Nightmare hates absolutely everyone with no compassion. every living thing he wants dead. but he can't he feeds off their negativity, so in other words nightmare more of a verbal abuser, but he still does use physical methods such as torture, which is a crime, along with this he has committed mass genocide in his au. which is another crime. Along with this in a alternative timeline of dreamtale by joku (not the original timeline making ccinco x nightmare semi-canon), were Ccinco and Nightmare are dating I do believe Nightmare is a domestic abuser. which is another crime. Along with this canonically nightmare uses slurs, to bring others down, this can also include death threats ect. which is another crime so in other words. NIGHTMARE IS GUILTY
