An English Lesson About Time

When you're learning English it is important to learn how to talk about time. It's important to learn little phrases that you can use to talk about things that happened in the past or the future. If you're confused, I think it's about time you watched this English lesson! This English lesson is about more ways to talk about time in English.

This is a more advanced lesson than learning how to tell time. It is a little more complex than just saying, "It's 2:30!", or "It's 10:10!". In this lesson I'll show you how to talk about something that happened a few weeks ago, something that will happen in the future, and how to talk about things that happen occasionally.

I hope you enjoy this English lesson about time!

⌛ Remember: Always watch the video three times. Twice today with English subtitles on, and once tomorrow with the English subtitles off. This will reinforce the English you have learned!

Wait a minute! You did get a haircut a couple of days ago, didn’t you? How come your hair has grown back in no time? Well, maybe you actually got it cut a while ago, but I’m having trouble remembering. Wow, It seems like just yesterday. That went by fast! Maybe I forgot because I’ve been watching a lot of your videos lately and I lost track of time. You know, time flies when you’re having fun, and I was definitely having fun watching you videos. Thank you dear. The zoom-in was timely in this video.

Thanks for refreshing my rusty memory about time. I always admire you how you can get together such a good English lesson without actually teaching grammar! You are a magician in this sense.

You did and explain well from time to time to your avid learner, teacher Bob! I studied English once in a blue moon when I was young that's why my English is not perfect and need to improve now. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and teaching us always here on YouTube. Keep doing to your avid learners so that you are such a great and awesome teacher on YouTube.

Hey Bob, you're right "time flies". I remember when I found your channel a year and a half ago. My understanding was bad and now it's much better. This class was attended with others for approximately the same time, until completing a total of one hour of immersion in English. Thank you Bob, see you in the next comment of the other video about "What Are You Listening To, Reading, and Watching?"
