More than 30 years ago, the Lakewood trademark was born. Founder and veteran luthier Martin Seeliger found the name on a map near Lake Erie and made it his brand name, laying the first cornerstone for success.

This Lakewood M-50 Custom uses a Grand Concert back and sides made of stunningly beautiful quilted maple, combined with an equally beautiful AAA European bear claw spruce top. The neck has a comfortable C-profile and is made of mahogany with an ebony fingerboard.

The binding, purfling and rosette are made of different contrasting woods, including the beautiful snakewood, and complete the natural look. The sound is of course phenomenally good, the Grand Concert body shape has more than enough volume and a wide, balanced and rich sound palette suitable for a multitude of playing styles.

The guitar comes with a Hiscox hardshell case and certificate of authenticity.

Gear:

Neumann KM184 Pair

Sennheiser 906 Cab Mic
