I consider my day a success if I can get at least 5 strangers to smile. Driving home from work, you see the faces of exhausted and stressed out people thinking about their problems. I challenge you to point at some one and wave with the biggest goofy smile you can have and help break them out of that mental state. When they crack (they always do) you know that you just helped that person immensely. Their family might also thank you when they get home. ;)

I study the smile all the time & this guy nailed it straight on the head. True happiness doesn't come in moving, changing jobs, .changing partners, working out or new cars. Those only give us a glimpse of happiness. The smile is the only way to find out the true address of true happiness
