I’ve found FiX!!! I had the Same issue!! WiFi 2.4GHz wasn’t connecting !! To fix it, I had to connect via LAN ethernet cable 1st Update Firmware to latest version and then After restart. It Finally

disconnect LAN cable
reset button
Scan QR Code
Connected to WiFI successfully!

Why mine shows connect to a router using LAN cable? I cannot configure it via wifi or AP mode.

Add this in your review, this product, can not be sold second hand, as one account has been set up, it is impossible to delete, as the support service from eviz told me. I bought mine in an auction from return items, and now I can not sell it. I think it is important for customers to know this in the case in the future they want to sell their camera and upgrade. excellent video, I wanted to know if it is possible to configure it on a Wi-Fi router but without "wpa" without a Wi-Fi password, my IPC-P120-D/W camera gives me an error to configure it, I cannot integrate it into the "app" I suspect it is because I do not have password in the Wi-Fi of the secondary Router.

Hello, I bought ezviz smart plug, at first the plug connected to wifi router succesfully, it worked 1 week with any problem, then it disconnect. After this i cannot connect to the wifi again. Reseting didnt work. Does it have any solution ???
