I agree. Devin Haney took sacrifices to be in his position, and in my opinion, a fight with Haney at 25% is a great deal. That fight puts you out there to fight anyone you want to and basically makes you one of the faces of boxing. Was Shakur scared🤷🏾‍♂️

Devin right about taking the fight but it’s not the most money he would’ve made. I kinda side with Shakur not taking it because of the money but what he would get for beating Devin vastly outweighs the pay day… moral of the story is he shoulda took the Daam fight. big shakur fan btw.

He failed to mention that Shakur went another route and told the sanction bodies to do their job and find a common ground in a deal for the fight because Shakur felt like he was getting low balled and he activated his mandatory and went up to 140 running to fight Regis and dropped the WBC belt😭😭 so in the end who ducking who, sounds like Devin ducking, bro took a easier fight in Regis over defending against Shakur

I like both of these cats. I don't know why Shakur think its so disrespectful to offer him 25% when number you're getting a shot at all the belts, 2: it would have been the most bread he's ever made 3, sometimes u just gotta walk through what u gotta walk through to get to the top, .. And its really just like Dev said, if he really thought it was sweet like he say it is, well then he was in a win win situation because he was going to get paid more than he's ever made he would have been the man after that and Devin did the same thing to get where he is right now, so what make Shakur think he's so MF'n special that he HAS to be paid more and he's not even bringing ONE belt to the table. Sh, pretty boy used to take chump change or whatever was in the pot when the pot was nowhere near what he should have been making for the fight but he took whatever Top Rank said they could give him "JUST TO FIGHT" period! I don't care what Shakur says, that's my guy but u can't turn down an offer like that and then try to sh on Dev cause it wasn't a bigger % when he getting a shot at ALL the belts, if he wins he the F'n Man now AND he would've gotten his biggest pay day. Shakur need to just keep his mouth shut on that one and stop trying to sh on Dev cause they didn't "have to" even offer him a shot.
