Graham has become successful and a multimillionaire because of YouTube. If it wasn’t for YouTube he would just be a smart guy who makes good long term investments. He’s a good realtor with great connections that he made in a smart way. He’s a great saver and he buys properties and holds them as they naturally go up in value. He’s not a flipper. You do very different things. He’s probably not comfortable speculating. He’s not a big risk taker which is ok.

Finally someone said it. I like Graham and he did indeed start with nothing, but he isn’t exactly the greatest real estate investor.

Real estate investing isn’t his business. He is a real estate agent and now a YouTuber who invests on the side. In that way I am similar to him.

You are the real deal. I started investing during during the 08 recession and am on a similar trajectory. It's unfortunate that other people have more views because they're marketing Ferrari's and unrealistic fortunes - and that's what sells. But viewers who can cut through the sales BS can see how much more value you offer.

Love your channel - and Graham's. But I have to take issue with the comment that Graham is "like Tai Lopez." That generally has a negative connotation and means that one is selling more sizzle than steak. (I actually like certain aspects of Tai as well). Graham is pretty transparent, not scammy, and his built his following by providing videos with real value to many. I don't get the huckster vibe from him at all.

Man I'm so glad I came across you video's... I was sooo buying into Meet Kevin.. Gram Stephan and a few others (but I also fallow Ben Mallah And Peter Schiff and a few other including you now)...but listing to you really break down numbers and expose the truth in your video's...things like 90% of the house Meet Kevin shows in his video's he doesn't own them and never will...like you said he's a agent... His video's start off "This is a house that's just came on the market or been on the market for 2 years"...then it it turns into lets go in and take note of all the things i would notice as a agent..the only money he makes for doing that is his like button...I love you can always go through neighborhoods on your vid's and say, "I own that.. selling that.. flipped those 2... sold this..going to take this piece of propierty over here and do this with it...I'm a carpenter who is just starting out in new direction..and took me 40 years but in the words of Ben.."I want to make some fucking !!!"...

Great video. I'm glad someone is calling out these young guys that are so called "experts" that have only invested in a bull market. Meet Kevin has way worse advice IMO.

Another quality video, sir. I have been wary of this guy and treading carefully about following his advice. I enjoy his real estate content but some of his other advice (i.e credit card churning) is dubious. He is too gimmicky and has the tendency to use clickbait which is a turn off for me.

Graham is an entertainer first and foremost. His big thing seems to be living below your means and invest in Vanguard. He does have a real estate agent course.

Ben is interesting to me. Working on getting my RE license here right now though there really isn’t crap available right now.

You can’t make up the distain that Phil has for contractors and dealing with them. He’s a good storyteller too. He seems pretty authentic.
