NIce video once again Saf, quick question. Do you have the G5's front facing camera on 4:3 setting? The default setting is 16:9 which is only the 5MP camera. The 4:3 setting is the full 8MP.

I'm actually pretty sure the HTC 10's front facing camera has more dynamic range. If you look at the selfie video that started the video, there is CLEARLY more dynamic range from the HTC 10 (pause at 0:36). In the car selfie, it only appeared that the HTC 10 had less detail in the highlights because it had a much brighter exposure than the G5 (note the shadow areas in his car).

Gotta love how all the phones these days rip off HTC... All metal bodies, antenna bands, dual cameras, live photos, opting for lower resolution for larger pixels, front facing speakers, powerful audio (powerful internal amp and Dac). All of this comes straight from HTC...

Hey... really informative and fruitful review between these two bests of 2016... Htc seemed promising to me in 10 for better cam but lacked behind G5. Infact, LG managed to have a huge improvement in camera dept .. LG rocks all the way.

This video seems very bias, seeing as I have used both of these phones personally and my results were the complete opposite. I don't know if this comparison was done before the HTC 10 received it's camera update, but I promise all who are watching this, the HTC performs far better then what is led to believe from this comparison ....
