90 Second Review - Ergon GA2 Fat Grips - B1KER Shorts

These Ergons seem to be my grip of choice lately. I only have one complain which I address in the video. I really like the fact that you can get a bunch of colors as well as how comfortable and grippy they are.

Game changer for anyone with big hands.

nice review, you even managed to clarify in that short video that end caps are replaceable! Info I didn't find in 3 page reviews 👍

Those Ergons are my favourite grips too, they just fit so well! Deity Supracush are another good option, similar fatness but less ergo-shaped and softer rubber.

I always ran Oury on my motorcycles. When I saw your review, I tried to find some (green of course) and couldn't find any. So, like you, I got Ergon Fat, in black. I am really happy with them so far. Thanks for the reviews

I went with Kustom Kaps bar end caps. Tighten the Allen bolt to expand the rubber plug inside the bar. Tons of designs too.

I love these in the non-fat version. Came across them on a demo and liked them so much I bought them off the bike. They last a long time and will buy again.

Another great review and I just got the title on thumbnail 🤣

The GA2 used to be my go to grips, but I kept knocking the endcaps out with all the tree gates I have to ride through. Like Ben Wilson says the Deity Supracush is what I switched to and haven't looked back. Super comfy grip and lots of color options to fit any bike scheme you can think of.

Dude, if you like these then you should try a set of Race Face Getta Grip 33s. I've used these Ergons before and thought they were good as well, but then I tried the RF's.... The size, shape and compound (and fixed bar end) are simply better. I like these shorts BTW!

this used to be my grip of choice when they offered an XL version, but it has since been discontinued. I eventually landed on the Sensus Meaty Paws, and it is hands down the best grip for large hands on the market. Definitely pick up a pair to try. They rule.

Love these grips, they're still a little small for my huge paws but the best I've found so far 👍

Fyi..Ergon end caps are replaceable for certain models. They can be ordered from Ergon in different colors. I love the GE1 Factory Evos. They are tapered so if you like to hold your bars from the ends like when climbing. They also can be "clocked" to match your hand position on the bar to optimize comfort and control..

I just picked up a new pair of PNW Components grips and like a week later they just came out with a thicker style grips too. So many thick grips and only two hands....bummer.🤣

Great video!!!! I have been thinking of trading grips. I use the oury also.

How does the thickness compare to the WTB fatpaw? I'm not totally happy with those foam grips, but they are the correct size for my hands. Would love to find something that thick in rubber

Chromag Squarewave XL. life changer if you have larger hands. I take a pair with me to Whistler and do 25, 000-30, 000 feet of park riding per day and my hands never give up. before them, I could ride half a day before my hands were locked in the G.I. Joe kung fu grip position. lol

I have them and hate I can not ad bar ends without cutting them in the ends 😐

Is the rubber thicker then the standard GA2 or is the inner plastic sleeve made thicker? I need something to reduce hand pump

I didn’t get along with Ergon grips personally. My favorite fat grip is the fattest grip out there the “Meaty Paw” from Sensus.
