Congratulations! Same here! Turbo chewing gum had car stickers and I had my own car collection as a kid (in stickers within the inner doors of my wardrobe) Now I own car sales agencies, car repair garage, car electromechanical repais, car body paint shop, car wash and car parking lot all in less than 2 years. It's a challenge but it's the best thing I've ever lived. It feels so amazing.
