I love flip phones... When I used to argue with my boyfriend. I used to slap it shut. It use to make you feel like you the b****!!!! You got the authority. Lol!!!

00's phones are so cool, they have personality... All those different designs, colors, features, the companies was so creative in that time. Nowadays we have all this mindblowing tech that fits on our pockets, but a Motorola One next to an iPhone 11, for example, have so many similarities, they are not that far from each other besides some hardware levels and sensors, in fact you can watch videos, listen to music, chat, take decent quality photos in both. I feel frustrated a little, when I go to a shop seeing all those thousand rectangular black monolith reflective screen "things" with notches and 3, 4, 5 câmeras... Looks boring to me, looks all the same. I miss some special series like Nokia XpressMusic, Sony Ericsson Walkman, Sony Ericsson Cybershot, Motorola Razr, Sidekicks, sliders, and etc, some with dedicated buttons for câmera, music, games. We had fun at 00's showing off our "new phones" to our friends, and comparing, like if the phone was part of a lifestyle expressing our personalities.

I'm using a flip phone in 2020, and man does it feel fantastic seeing the world again. Imagine living in a world where we live experiences instead of posting them, or eat our food instead of posting out food. Even getting lost, seems like an experience smart phones have taken away from the human race. Just my thoughts though. :)

Btw, did you forget that the razr was THE SELFIE phone before selfie was popular? You can use that camera button beside the volume button to turn on the camera and take the selfie with that external display.

Honestly I think iPhones started becomen more popular towards the 4/4S generation, cuz before that it was the blackberry era. At least in latin america it happened that way, we were not letting go our buttons until the end of their lifespan xd

The trick was to space and backspace quickly after each letter based on the same number so that you didn’t to wait for the cursor to move along... my RSI is screaming right now. 😂
