I would like to thank you for making this video. It has been extremely informative. You WILL be the supplier I call on. Very well done.

Strataglass brand vinyl has had some flaws occasionally in periodic sheet goods. If you order Strataglass from Sailrite it will not be flawed, since Sailrite checks each sheet before we bag it and ship it. Any flaws are rejected and not sent to our customers. However, if you order a drum (5 sheets or more at a lower price) we do not open and check those sheets in the drum.

The rebuttal from altops is a good one. I do wish that the Strataglass Company would check the quality of the glass before they ship it to Sailrite, but since they don't Sailrite does (unless it is shipped in a full drum).

No, we do not sell Makrolon it is very hard to sew and requires a very heavy duty sewing machine. If you do attempt to sew Makrolon (we do not) use Teflon thread for the top and V-92 Polyester thread for the bottom and use a diamond point needle #19 size.

What happened to your solarscreen product? It is not available on your website, nor anywhere else on the 'net. Was it replaced by another product?

I’m wondering, what kind of coating is on there to make it scratch resistant and if it does get scratches, it’s easier to polish out like crystal clear

Thank you for the Video. PGT Industries makes the "Eze-Breeze" patio enclosure using vinyl windows. It's reportedly a 10mil product. Do you carry a comparable vinyl to theirs? Thanks

Hello, do you use Makrolon UV.060 for windows? How do you fabric the windows with Makrolon .060 ?

What gauge would you recommend for a Bimini window? Your explanation left me puzzled because usually the higher the number, the thinner the material and vice versa. Thank you.

strata glass is consistently comes flawed and thus useless for large curtain work!

Question: WRT to ALL clear plastic vinyl products, is the gauge # ALWAYS the same as their thickness in mils? Meaning a 3 mil garbage bag would be also be referred to as 3 gauge by you guys?

Comment: Meaning, to you all, GAUGE SIZE has nada to do with its 100% normative industry & engineering usage as a specification (aka ASME standards & codes) wrt to wire & sheet thicknesses and/or shot size, which are 100% fixed to very specific mil sizes AND where SMALLER numbers ALWAYS denote LARGER

Do you all not get how BS'ly misleading & f-ing confusing that
(said the Mechanical Engineer, who clearly knows this carp way better than you all!)

Do you have the density of 12-, 16-, and 20- gauge? I’m looking for something similar in weight to a thin cardboard, like a roll of tickets? Thank you.
