Check with the King Arthur Flour Company website. As a long time bread baker, you need some oil. And a little sugar. And try half white flour half whole wheat. It’s tricky to make a loaf without some oil and sugar. Use the dough setting on the bread maker and then place in a bread pan and rise and bake there. I have used a bread maker for years. Never bake the bread in the machine. It comes out like a brick.

I use cold pressed sunflower oil in my bread, no chemical removal. I haven't made whole meal/seeded, since my supply store was burnt down..They reopen ina few weeks

I’ve tried a variety of cracker and bread recipes developed by Jane and Ann Esselstyn: Be a Plant Based Woman Warrior. So far, lots of cardboard. 😅 Their hummus recipes are delicious, though, along with the Naan bread.
