Coast Guard building sand castles. I was not expecting that but it makes sense.

Brings back a memory of digging a fighting hole during the initial invasion of Iraq in 2003 wearing Mop gear while it was well over 100. I hadn’t been finished 5 minutes when we were told to pack up and move. That’s the USMC in a nutshell.

The CO always says that. Then CSM says they're not deep enough, and you can't just make the most recent one deeper, they all need to be deeper.

As a USAF Security Policeman, the Army taught me how to build a DFP at Ft. Dix, NJ in January & February of 1988. Though, a backhoe would be an easier method.

that was funny, but you got usaf wrong: we would have the civilian purchasing agent contact the contractor with the backhoe. fixed it for ya.

Air Force would just drop a bunker buster. That should make a big enough hole.

If Airforce has to dig a fighting hole, you are screwed because we fight from home airspace or numeral countries.
