I have asperger's, and having been diagnosed late in life, because autism isn't really understood in women. I do in fact see other dimensions, from how hard my eyes roll everytime a person with 0 credentials speaks about autism.

She listed seizures as the first common problem of autism. Uh... that's epilepsy, ma'am! They can be comorbid, sure, but I wouldn't immediately be concerned about seizures when being told that someone is on the spectrum, nor have I suddenly become worried about having seizures myself since figuring out that I'm on the spectrum.

Anyone else notice that faint smirk when Swan’s talking about “your human society”? And she talks about “our brain”, that would include hers. I’m quite sure she’s sane and knows that she is, like the rest of us, a human earthling.

Well, I am autistic and I am pretty sure that I'm more connected to "physical reality" than she is...

I almost clicked off when she started talking about autism because I thought I was about to hear some pretty hurtful stuff, but that was simply absurd and funny :D
