I Bought my THIRD Used Xbox One from GameStop! I think I have a problem...

So, I bought ANOTHER ANOTHER used Xbox One from Gamestop... this is the third one I've purchased! This time, I got a limited edition Forza 6 Xbox One. Check the video out to see how it went!

The reason the games are installed is because the previous owner reset the Xbox One without deleting the games and apps instead of completely resetting it. This means that the setting and the profiles got deleted but the media didn’t.

I still have my fully working used Xbox One 1st gen white model 500GB and it did come with the white controller.I picked it up at the store location near me and I did look inside the box before leaving to make sure nothing was damaged or have frayed wires.

FYI if you put the Xbox in Offline mode then insert the disc it will install the game off the disc. If you put the disc inside the console while online it downloads the whole game.

The exchange is a video game store that sells retro and modern consoles I go there all the time I think they are much better than GameStop

I bought a used xbox 360 from gamestop earlier in the year to replace my 2007 old model that finally red ringed. I couldn't afford a xbox one. It was a 2014 E model that was supposed to be refurbished and they didn't even clean the sticky gunk off the top. Probably left over from a sticker. Took me 5 minutes with some alcohol and a paper towel and it's as good as new. And works fine.

The games that you said you don't own are normal. It was from the previous owner and on the orignal xbox factory resetting it sometimes still leaves the games on it. You can just delete them and they won't show up

The Forza Controller was also available as a stand alone purchase.

I recently bought an Xbox one x a couple weeks ago from an app called offer up. It works amazing and it’s probably the best console I ever played on but the problem was when it was delivered to me, the box was cut open from one edge as if someone tried to look inside it... which caused it to chip a small piece on the back of the Xbox off. But it’s minor so I’ll let it slide.

I think the reason you have those games, is because he reset his Xbox but kept his games installed, thinking that meant he wouldn't lose his games, when in reality it just kept them downloaded to the Xbox . But your account doesn't have ownership to the games, so they're useless to you

When I got my xbox from GameStop it came with all the goods. One S controller, original HDMI cable, original power supply, og console itself, everything for 190. And it had a naruto disc inside too (:

They released the forza motorsport 6 console on my birthday, so I bought one. I ended up barely using the controller, because I wanted to keep a nice working matching controller with the system.

That’s actually COOL it made a vroom sound I don’t even have the blink sound on and active for my ONE s but I wish I could choose that our they had start up sound options

I think its possible it wasnt actually reset and it was set to Family Machine....i dunno of that's what they call the option, but you can either lock the console so only you can use it or have it set so that people have to log into their own think there is a way this can have games installed, but no one has to sign in on the xbox.

Actually I think if you were to log into that Box with a Game Pass active you'd be able to play most of those games without the disks!

Sometimes when someone sets an Xbox One to the their home Xbox, it'll leave some of the games on there....I remember getting one from GameStop that had Gears Of War 4 on it and i got to play and beat it for free and that's when it had just come out. xD

When you buy a used Xbox, the license tend to stay on and you’ll still be able to play. I bought an used COD advanced warfare and it had the division 2 and lots of other great games (GTA V also) it came with a different controller then it supposed to like yours also though.

GameStop is bad with used consoles but I bought an Xbox one s from game stop used and everything was perfect with the console it still looked brand new but I had it for almost 2 years now and it’s still doing amazing no problems
