A Peace Corps Health Volunteer Works with Youth in Guyana

Atlanta native Shaniece Criss served as a Peace Corps Health Volunteer in Guyana with her husband Demond from 2008 to 2010. During her service, she worked closely with the country's Ministry of Health and hosted a popular television program called "Changing Course" that dealt with youth and health related issues. She is currently working on a doctorate degree at the Harvard School of Public Health.
