How to find the earliest last date in Power BI DAX - 56 (Power BI Training)

The earliest last date is a bit tricky to find in Power BI DAX. If you use the Power BI Lastnonblankvalue function, then you get MIN or MAX date normally. But If you use Summarize function in dax to prepare the table first and then use that new table using DAX variables then you can achieve your desire results.
There many different ways to achieve this behavior to get the latest last date or earliest last date or earliest first date.
