I think like this a lot and it can really help quell anxiety swings but the thing I have to be careful with is making sure I’m not using it as an excuse/source to disassociate from something. If it’s important, remember that it too will pass and you will survive no matter how badly it goes BUT it will be so much better if you do well with it!

Rek, you don't know how much I love to listen to your videos while drawing/origamiing or basically doing all kinds of sit down and use your creativity! I was a really big Minecraft fan, with over 2k hours in 2 years, but I finished. Basically like 9 months ago I decided to change my life, and I'm loving how I live today. I don't watch any Minecraft content creator besides you (and another guy who I only watch a few times because one of my friend) because I think you are unique. You feel like my friend, even tho you don't know anything about me (well maybe if you read my posts on twitter). You are such a talented guy, as I probably watched all of your vids twice, I get to know you somewhat, and what I know is that you are a really kind, and a talented people, with a really nice and calming voice.
