I've had the Youthlabs™ massage, heating qua sha. Different modes. Avoid heat on your face if you have dark spots, it seems to make worse save heat for back of head and neck. The vibration helps drain fluid faster. I love mine!

Sarah Gua sha is supposed to sit almost flat on the face and gently dragged. It’s not supposed to “scrap” the skin on a 90 degree angle. A YouTuber from China does the best demonstration of gua sha but I can’t remember her name. Most Americans are doing it incorrectly. I hope you feel better.
