I do agree that $650 is high but at the same time, how many companies are competing in multiple industries while showing extreme potential? Just look at the below.

- energy play has no cap as it’s never been done before.
- currently only valued for their EVs that are number one in the premium market (hardest market)
- their patents is a business all in its own which goes into a tech play that shows they are a massive leader. (Not including the chip play)
- their services that comes with their brand is also a space of its own that seems to be growing rapidly.
- the tech chip in itself is a multi billion dollar industry if they’re able to move to the front of China
- they’re investing side looks to be doing wonders based on their reports
- they’re model of doing business is also uncapped as not only are they the first subscription based car maker, they are instilling their own services into their competitors for everything they sell as well.

Think of it this way, it’s an oil company that owns the gas stations, the cars, and the servicing dealerships. Their potential quite frankly cannot be measured.

Chinese people go big and not cheap these days. Give it patience and time. Chinese folks are learning a lot from the western world, but they want premium recognition because most Chinese people want highest quality good products and services. If China is the future of EVs, money is in China. U.S. and parts of Europe are behind. Lots of Chinese folks around the world buy a few cars, Tesla, BMW, Lexus, Mercedes Benz, etc. Not surprised to see more quality products sold for cheap from China. If NIO ever gets to sell into the U.S., they would oversell to engineers and technical salespeople in California/Silicon Valley, but China is primary. Asian population wants it.
