I think the black background was the right choice it just a fabulous page and I don’t think it would have been as effective on white. I love all the layers in mixed media art, the all peek through thank you for sharing Jenn

I like it! On another color of background, it would have lost the "eerie" feeling. Love the black and when things sorta disappear, and yet you can tell they're there, it adds mystery to the piece. Great job!! Scared of a paper spider!!! What a hoot!!!
