I used to watch the Originals and the vampire diaries and my life was a living hell for opening my life up to those shows... I am not surprised. Thank JESUS CHRIST that The Lord Jesus sat me free❤

(I should include that i was also demon possessed for many years and those shows only made it worse. The problem was that i was attracted to whatever the demons i had, liked.) Some of you are watching these shows and you think it's normal, but the reality is that the reason why you're attracted to these shows, it's because there is something already dark on the inside of you, because the deep calls unto the deep. That's the reason why some of you have always liked dark things as far back as you can remember because you were born with ancestral demonic, spirits hanging around in your blood, calling for the very things that your ancestors did. It was like that for me too. And then the Lord Jesus taught me how to break free from all those things. This is why god says in his word "my people perish from lack of knowledge"

I was a fan of horror movies and shows like Harry Potter, The Walking Dead, True Blood, Salem, the whole nine! I was depressed and suicidal all the time. This is no laughing matter. So happy Jesus saved me.

We ALL need to pray for a spirit of discernment. Particularly in this age of deceit and lying.

Former witches & new agers now saved by Jesus are warning about this, but SO many believers wrongly say that Grace allows them to watch these movies. Please stop letting these kinds of movies into your homes. It allows bondage.

Not just horror movies but shows like sex and the city and all these other shows that poison the mind and heart. It’s molds our minds and how we think and perceive the world and others

I'm taking my holiness seriously. I've noticed that my struggle with lust is connected to listening to secular music so by the grace of God I've deleted problematic songs from my playlists. And not so long ago I started feeling that the Lord wants me to stop watching Stranger Things. I was so obsessed with this show that it started to affect my journey with God and I also started to curse a lot because of it. Leaving the worldy things behind is a long process for me but it is so, so worth it.

A practicing Occultist got into a chatroom where people were discussing dabbing with spells and incantations for recreational purposes. He warned them away the most sternly he could by saying that they were playing with forces that would wreck their lives as if it were a game .

I felt spiritually ill when trying to watch American Horror Story. Took me a couple of tries to realize I wasn’t physically ill but feeling it spiritually. Just left that alone!

When my daughter was little she LOVED Hanna Montanna and ICarly. What I noticed when she watched these shows was that she became disobedient to me and talked back, which was totally unlike her. I have a son that is 13 years older than my daughter and went through some evil things with him. I learned so much and realized I had the gift of discernment. That helped me when my daughter started acting out when watching the shows mentioned above. I finally decided to keep her busy during the times the shows were on so she didn’t watch them and it was a definite change. After I talked to her about it she agreed with me and never watched those shows again and went further to threw all her Hanna Montana things away.

I don't watch horror movies or any movie that butchers and kills people with chain saws.etc. there is enough horror in the real life and I don't want to see anyone being tortured not even in a movie.

As a lukewarm Christian I did look at both vampire diaries and the original. I did felt convictions but disobeyed I tried to make myself feel better by muting whenever they were doing the chants. God have mercy on me 🙏

I've gotten sucked into a few secular shows since they are so enticing but felt dark + depressed and noticed it takes my time away from God, reading the Bible, praying, etc. I was convicted that me watching the sin on the screen was me partaking in it 💯 now I just watch Godly videos on YT that edify!
