Indigenous women and girls play a vital role in their communities and beyond, yet still find themselves among the world’s most vulnerable and marginalized populations.

On this International Day of the World's Indigenous Peoples (August 9), join UN Women and indigenous women around the world in efforts to help to preserve their languages and knowledge systems, end large-scale land grabbing and dispossession, improve indigenous women and girls’ access to healthcare, and support their right to participate in decision-making.

I agree. Everyone needs the right to live peacefully. Also languages to be passed on. Learn from each other and progress. Traditions kept . Respect compassion and kindness blessings should be beneficial. Hopefully things will improve. Kindest regards. Love conquers all is my family motto. Know your worth and be proud of each Nation. Kindest regards from England.

I appreciate that you're trying to uplift ALL women. Please keep fighting for Afghanistan, and even American women's rights are being bit at.
